ROOTED & POISED NOVEMBER GIFT CARD SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SPONSOR: Rooted & Poised, LLC, 1316 Inglesh Avenue, Kankakee, IL, 60901.

PRIZES: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $25 Rooted & Poised digital gift card. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $25.00, and the total ARV of all prizes is $125.00.

ODDS OF WINNING: Assuming at least five (5) eligible entries are received, each entrant has a 5/N chance of winning one of the five prizes, where N is the total number of eligible entries received. Each of the five prizes has an equal chance of being awarded to any eligible entry. If fewer than five eligible entries are received, each eligible entrant will win one prize, up to five prizes total.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Additional restrictions are described below. Void where prohibited by law.

1. SPONSOR

The Rooted & Poised November Gift Card Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rooted & Poised, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 1316 Inglesh Avenue, Kankakee, IL, 60901.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and individuals directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the official Rooted & Poised giveaway entry page at:

Participants must complete and submit the entry form with their name and email address.

No purchase is necessary. Participants do not need to purchase products, follow or like a social media account, comment on a post, tag another person, or subscribe to marketing emails to enter or win.

Entry limit: One (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes. Duplicate entries, automated entries, fraudulent entries, and entries that do not meet these Official Rules may be disqualified.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

The entry form will collect information needed to administer the Sweepstakes and contact potential winners. Any subscription to marketing emails must be optional and separately authorized.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $25 Rooted & Poised digital gift card.

Each gift card is redeemable at the official Rooted & Poised online store at https://rootedandpoised.com, subject to the disclosed gift card terms and applicable law.

The gift card has no cash value except where required by law and is nontransferable, except where prohibited by law.

No fee is charged to receive or redeem the gift card itself. If a winner uses the gift card toward an order, ordinary applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any amount exceeding the gift card balance may apply as disclosed at checkout.

No additional purchase is required to claim or receive the prize.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Assuming at least five (5) eligible entries and one entry per person, each entrant has a 5/N chance of winning one of the five prizes, where N is the total number of eligible entries received. Each of the five prizes has an equal chance of being awarded to any eligible entry.

If fewer than five eligible entries are received, each eligible entrant will receive one prize, up to five prizes total.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Five (5) different potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about December 2, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

No person may win more than one prize.

Potential winners will be contacted by email using the address provided on the entry form. Sponsor intends to notify potential winners within fifteen (15) days after the drawing.

Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing.

After eligibility is confirmed, Sponsor will notify the selected participant that they have been awarded a prize and will provide the $25 digital gift card without charge and within the time required by applicable law.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the verified winner’s email address.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, conduct the drawing, and contact potential winners.

Marketing subscriptions are optional and are not a condition of entry or winning.

9. PUBLICITY AND RELEASE

To the extent permitted by law, winners may be asked for permission to have their first names and social media handles used in announcements related to the Sweepstakes.

No additional compensation will be provided for authorized promotional use, unless required by law.

By entering, participants agree to release Sponsor and the social media platforms identified below from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is administered by Rooted & Poised, LLC and not by these social media platforms.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or involve fraud, tampering, or attempted manipulation of the Sweepstakes.

If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the fairness, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes where permitted by law. Sponsor will comply with applicable legal requirements and will not use this provision to avoid awarding the advertised prizes.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes will be made in good faith and in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
