Refund policy

We stand behind every product we make. Because our items are printed on demand just for you, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Items — If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dunn3@rootedandpoised.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind — Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages — If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at dunn3@rootedandpoised.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

We respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
